I am a non-typical high-energy 75-year-old widower. I have more health, love, passion, compassion, and ideas for helping people and animals than you likely will find elsewhere. I am an honest, Physicist, Inventor, Social Good Entrepreneur, and Good Guy. I expect that I would give you my life-vest if you didn't have one.

I am giving my home to my son, buying a 40-foot to 55-foot monohull. I plan to sail the globe to help stimied innovators help people and animals. I crave the feeling that I get when giving happiness and hope to others. It creates an 'addictive rush'.

I have an amazing 33-year old (daughter-type relationship) that was orphaned so young that she has no memory of either parent. I am trying to be a good 'father figure' to her. She intends to join me on this long trek. She has already funded a dog rescue mission and an orphanage in Korea. She shares my desire to spread happiness and hope to others.

I don't believe in religious dogma; however, I have seen amazing things happen in my lifetime that I can't explain other than what seems to be a strong 'good' over 'evil' balance in my life. I don't know what to call it other than I feel positive, optimistic, compassionate, and sentimental. My mission on this trek is to help frustrated social-good innovators help people and animals. Most social-good innovations never reach the people that need them. I will try to change that paradigm.

I have set up a 501c3 non-profit foundation so that among other projects we will be able to crowdfund for donations to keep this venture going. Since many people desire to help people and animals, I believe that this mission may be sustainable. If not, we will have given it one hell of an effort!
