German by birth with an American passport. I started (seriously) sailing in Boston 2009 to also complete the necessities for Bareboot Cruising. Ended up with a 31 feet Oday to cruise from Tarrytown, NY to Boston, MA in 2014. 2015, I lived on the boot for 4 month to explore the East Coast of New England...since...returned to Europe in 2015, lived the last 6 years in India with only summer charters across Europe. Nowadays, proud co-owner of a Cat Lagoon 42 - currently in the Mediterranean Sea till end of 2024! Atlantic crossing for some time in the Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Pacific next...that is the long term concept...rest of life is not taking to serious until Am at the boot again...
