I am an ocean lover at heart. I live at the beach and spend most days off doing some form of physical activity in, on, or next to the sea. Besides sailing I also SUP, Surf, Snorkle, Bike, Hike and do Pilates and Yoga. I eat almost everything, but try to maintain a balanced healthy diet. I don’t do drugs, drink or smoke cigarettes. I love my profession as a nurse however I work to play and have fun. My experiences have taught me to live in the present, create my happiness, be grateful, smile and laugh often, and live like there is no tomorrow.

I started sailing 3 years ago and fell in love. I have completed some certifications, do day sails off the San Diego coast 2-4x a month, done half a dozen 1week trips abroad on a sailboat, and completed a 12 day voyage to Cabo.
