About Me:

The ocean, beach and travel are my passions. I grew up in a sleepy beach town in CA. We didn't know how lucky we were to have so much at our fingertips.
I fished from the beaches, sailed the coast lines of So Cal and snorkeled the Laguna shoreline. We dove for abalone, spear fished and cooked our catch on the beach.
As I grew up, I turned to sailing, lived on a boat and spent my free days on the ocean. I've sailed the west coast mostly from Oxnard to Newport Beach. Newport to Catalina and Marina del Rey to Catalina on my single handed 27 Newport.
Traveling is a passion. I'm looking for a sailing and life long partner. I'm easy going, passionate, a gentle man and financially independent.
Scuba certified.
Currently I am in the recovery process from a torn quadriceps. I'm in my 6th week post surgery. 04/10/21 Healing my knee is my # 1 priority.
In 2 to 3 months I'll be ready to buy a boat. Help me decide what works best for us. Life is short and my intent is to find love and sail the sea. If a home port is needed, I am more than able to help secure one.

Sailing Experience:

Sabot's, Lido 14's, Newport 27, Catalina 30, Catalina 36. Grew up without sailing lessons self taught.

Sailing Qualifications:

I turned to powerboats when I moved from west coast to east.
Sailing is more a part of my life. I'm self taught and a little rusty. I may not know all the terminology used but It's not something that needs repeating.
I'm always willing to learn. Sharing the experience would be a delight.
I'm willing to relocate if the opportunity arises.
