I am a career changer, a photographer/video-journalist who became a teacher 3 years ago. Currently finishing up a year teaching in Micronesia and return to Florida in June. Sail here in Yap in my Folbot folding Kayak. Own small houseboat in Miami and sailing dinghy there. Love to read. Nimble.

Used to write for Nautical Quarterly. Not awfully competitive for racing but have great sea legs. Have sailed on tall ships and various others. Intrepid and great cook. Former NY harbor tugboat cook too! ( out of college long long time ago)
