About Me:: Hello! I'm John. Currently crewing during my vacation times and will start chartering on vacations soon. I'm preparing to own my own boat. Love scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing, surfing, exploring new-to-me cultures, along with the sailing. Although I have single handed some, I find it much more enjoyable to sail with others. I'll next be working in Indonesia.
Sailing Experience:: Crewed 5 day sails in South Africa. Single handed a Hunter 29.5. Laser and various Hobie cats. Crewed on a Open 66 in Indonesia. Crewed on a FP Belize 43 from Greece to Italy. Crewed on a Jeanneau 40 from Palermo to Egadi Islands, Italy. Participated in a Mile Builder on a Beneteau Oceanis 51 in Thailand.
Sailing Qualifications:: ASA classes 101, 103, 104, and 114. Blue Water Cruising course: Confused to Captain with Chris Biasutti and Keith Whitaker. NauticEd courses: Sail trim, Docking, and Catamaran.
