I'm looking for people who would like to sail Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands this summer. I'll be racing Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th week, and Labor Day weekend, and I need crew. The rest of the time, I am mostly living on the boat and cruising, but need at least one hand to sail with. I can anchor out with 1-3 additional people, or day sail with up to six comfortably. If you would like to try this for an overnight or up to a week, please reach out. The boat is a C&C Landfall 38, a boat made more for cruising than racing, but I race her anyway because its fun.

For women who are interested in dating as well as sailing, I am, too. But one step at a time. Friends first, then let's see where things go. Sailing together is a great way to get to know each other. And if you are a woman and not interested in dating, that's fine too. Let's sail. I have room for many friends in my life.

I enjoy sailing with experienced crew and total beginners. If you are a beginner, all I ask is that you come with a desire to participate and learn. I love to learn from experienced sailors, too. It's best if we all leave our egos at the dock.

ABOUT ME: I recently retired from a career in consulting and sales leadership. My time is free and I am financially secure. My personal library has over 2,000 books in it, mostly non-fiction and poetry. I am the author of six published books and have three more in the publication process. I live on ten acres in the woods and have a robust garden. Besides sailing, I love to mountain bike, especially the trails of northern Wisconsin.
