I have a fast yet comfy 38 foot cruiser in Broken Bay, Sydney. I do most of my sailing solo, but there is an element missing - which is why I'm here. (Insert dreamy muzak.)

I'd describe myself as open, mature, affectionate, respectful, with a dry sense of humour. I am honest, trustworthy and loyal. I enjoy sailing (obviously!), motorcycling, anything outdoorsy, nature, travel (but not solo), storms, dabbling in fundamental brain surgery, music and long romantic walks with myself to the fridge. I love good conversation, but also enjoy quiet, quality time.

I'm an experienced sailor who never takes chances at sea. I'm fit and healthy. (Actually, does having grey hair count against?). I'm a resourceful, practical person, who can repair or make almost anything. OK, that's enough of the shameless self-PR!

So, what am I looking for? I do accept that because of work/home/life commitments, not everyone can just sail away as I do, so local weekend sailing with a like-minded, adventurous first-mate would be a great start. And if the planets happen to align, and bigger plans start growing, it would be 1st Prize! :-) A "connection" is vital, though. Any sailing experience shared should be capped with happiness, good conversation and a lil glass at the end of the day...
