About Me:: I'm a research physicist by profession soon to reach the age when I can retire at least partially to begin with. I'm young at heart and fit for my age. I've wide interests not only in sailing but travel, food, the natural world, art and music. I'd love to meet an adventurous woman to share future experiences.
Sailing Experience:: I'm very interested in sailing but am relatively inexperienced. I've been on a couple of cruising holidays in Croatia and Montenegro. Just completed my Day Skipper Theory course. I've recently bought a Drascombe Lugger and am familiarising myself with her sailing on the lake at my local sailing club. The plan is to take her to coastal waters next year after my partial retirement. I'd love to meet someone to share adventures sailing her and also go on more adventurous trips in larger boats.
