A cruising sailor who has been living aboard the last few Summers and getting ready to make the leap to full-time liveaboard this Year. Sailing out of Toronto on Lake Ontario this Summer with plans to sail to Bermuda for the Winter. First half of my career played in rockin' roll bands while working as concert crew and in theatre as a set builder/painter, Technical Director and Production Manager. Later career in IT becoming a Senior Solutions Architect. Love different types of music, art, film and books. Politically progressive center left. Like small groups for socializing. Not much of a party animal anymore but like to have fun. Big on the outdoors, sailing on my 38 foot catamaran, hiking, exploring, snorkel / scuba or just plain hanging out. I own a boat, so spend time on maintenance and upgrades which is a part of boat life. Planning to do some sailing around Toronto practicing sailing techniques and some cruising to the Thousand Islands this season in preparation today the Bahamas. Also need to get used to my new paddle board. Would love to have someone to share the adventure with or just parts of it.
