Licensed captain over 40 years experience, earlier years included many races on PHRF circuit, (some successful races )

Sailing Qualifications:

Qualified as operator, I have been on water most of my life, including years in U.S. Navy approx 3 years blue water. Accomplished celestial navigator using sextant.
