About Me:: I’m a retired high school physics teacher who began sailing about 15 years ago. I love to sail and I like to have fun . I live in DC and sail the Chesapeake Bay.
Sailing Experience:: I would consider myself to have moderate sailing experience. I don’t feel confident to skipper my own boat, but I’ve been told I’m good crew. I love to sail and love the lifestyle. I have sailed the Chesapeake for several years and have been on a few charters, including Croatia, Greece, and a few times in BVI. From October, 2018 to March, 2019, I did the ICW into the Florida Keys. Loved it! I’ve been off shore for day trips in and out various inlets in Florida. Looking for companionship for more fun and exploration!
Sailing Qualifications:: I’ve taken ASA 101-103 and a piloting class.
