Hello, I’m an American housesitting in Europe since December 5, 2019 - id prefer almost anything to returning to the US right now, but I would especially love sailing somewhere if I were to find the right boat.

I’ve sailed (a long time ago) across the Atlantic to the Azores from Antigua and I’ve raced in two of my three dream regattas. The King’s Cup in Phuket and
Antigua Race Week ... Cowe’s was on that list but I’m not so much into the stress of racing and I’m probably not as capable as I was, to be the power-packing grinder that I was then. Lol

Sailing Experience:

Oops - kinda got ahead of myself a bit here.

I’ve also had a boat in New Orleans for a bit - my Dad’s - and sailed with friends frequently

As my screen name shows I enjoy a fine cigar with a relaxing sail.

Sailing Qualifications:

I never really pursued classifications or qualification… did multiple deliveries from St Maarten to Antigua and back… Martha’s Vineyard to Westport. Hong Kong around the island race. Azores Around the Islands race, Jazz Cup San Francisco to Benicia, Kings Cup Thailand, delivery to Ft Lauderdale from Key West. The Key West regatta, Antigua to Horta, Azores, so I’ve got a few miles. ☺️
