Phuket Island, Thailand

We are 4 experienced male sailors from Turkey (Ages 55-60). We’ll be sailing with a Lagoon 42 catamaran between 10 Jan-01 Feb (3 weeks) for fun and sailing. The base marina will be Ao Po Grand Marina. Tentative planned route: Phuket Island (east & west costs), Ko Yao Yai, Krabi, Ko Lanta Phi Phi Island, Ko Racha Yai.

Canary Islands

Dates: Dec 23, 2024 – Apr 30, 2025

I am going to sail around the nine islands of the Canary Archipelago for the next four months. Its average temperature is 17 to 22 degrees C. The distance between the islands is variable from a couple of hours to a full day and maybe a few night hours…The islands have been described as eternal spring because during the winter the prominent weather is from the Azores high pressure system.

I am looking for company/crew to help me enjoy the adventure, share the costs. I eat an available diet, I don’t sail to a timetable, if this is of interest to you be it for a week or more please let’s chat. Thanks for your time in reading my post.

Sailing in Narragansett Bay

The repairs to my Marlow Hunter 33 to the keel took longer than I thought, the entire 2024 Season! But, the repair to the keel is well underway and the boat is promised to be ready for April 8, 2025. So if you want to go sailing in 2025 in Narragansett Bay, I am retired so I can go almost anytime with a day or two notice. Boat will be in tip top condition with the keel repaired, new bow thruster, solar panel, and some other things that were done to it in 2024.

French Polynesia to Fiji (2025)

Experienced, easy-going solo sailor seeks one crew member for a leisurely passage from French Polynesia to Fiji, departing before May 12, 2025. Along the way, we’ll explore the Marquesas, Tonga, and other islands, making the most of weather windows and island life.

Looking for a dependable, adventurous person with some sailing experience (or a willingness to learn), a love of the ocean, and a sense of humor. You’ll be part of the adventure as we navigate the Pacific on a well-equipped, comfortable cruising yacht.
