Sailing in a Baltic Paradise

I am looking for a competent lady sailor to join me cruising in Sweden’s incredible east coast archipelago with its 60,000 islands. I am taking delivery of a new small cruising yacht “ZUMBA” at the end of July 2017. Traditionally, the Baltic gets very warm & the water swimmable in July – September. My plan is to cruise there in August & September & would like a crew for this period. ZUMBA will spend the winter on the hard in Sweden, ready for a full summer in 2018. Med Odyssey

Hi
I’m looking for crew to join me from August to October, for minimum 1 week, max 2 months for the following route:
Sicily to Malta to Crete to Cyprus to Turkey to Rhodes.
I am presently in Venice, having set off from Greece 2 months ago.
My boat is a 1998 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36.2 – 3 double cabins, 1 heads, roller furling main and genoa, Yanmar 27 HP engine.
