Here are a few of the crewing opportunities in September from the crewing section of the Lovesail site.
From 14 to 21 Sept we have a 384 catamaran out of Gocek, Turkey. This is a trip that finishes at Orhaniye about 90 miles west of Gocek which gives the unusual option of enjoying two areas in the one week. The sailing distances will remain quite short. It is not an epic! Well, the sailing isn’t but I’m sure the holiday will be! So it also well suited to less experienced sailors! Both Gocek and Orhaniye Sunsail bases are served from Dalaman airport. There is a large cabin still available preferable for a female company as there are four of us males already on signed up for this.
Cruising… Canaries
Looking for lady crew to sail around the Canaries… September. Interested?
Med from Cartagena
Thinking of cruising the Med in my Nicholson 38 ketch. Currently based in Cartagena marina. Thinking of cruising for 2 weeks from 14th Sept 2013 & also 2-3 wks over Xmas 2013 + New Year. Is anyone interested? Ketch was used as liveaboard previously, so comfortable [shower/holding tank etc]. Murcia airport is 30 Km from Cartagena [Ryanair]. Alicante is 100 km away.
Aitutaki to Tonga
I’m in Aitutaki, Cook Islands. I’m looking for someone to sail with. I may have 3 friends from NZ sailing onboard (a couple & her brother). I have no particular schedule other than sail to Tonga sometime before Cyclone season, leave some time between now & October. I have a 40′ Catamaran, not a plush floating palace but a simple & very fast machine. If you aren’t very experienced, it’s OK. We can do some day sails & you can get the feel of the boat to decide if you want to continue. Aitutaki is a really nice place to be & so is Vava’u. We’ll stop along the way at Palmerston Island & Niue. Once in Tonga we can go between Vava’u & Ha’apai, it should be fun!
