The Odyssey
Here is a good time-filler I'd recommend if you have a screen.
The Odessey is a biopic about the deeds of Jacques Cousteau chronicling his life once he left the navy to become an ocean explorer and film-maker. Based on the book Capitaine de La Calypso by Albert Falco and Yves Paccalet it covers 30 years from his invention of the aqua-lung to the inception of his Foundation. Audrey Tautou gives a star turn as loyal wife to his inspirational but flawed innovator. For those of a certain age, it will bring back fond memories of watching The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau on a Sunday evening.
I managed to find it on BBC iPlayer but there are, of course, other media players available. Oh and it is subtitled.
