Sailing Central America OOPs today.

Ok so I did an OOPs today.
It was good bad funny and all of the above.
For the last few days it’s been blowin 20 to 25 kts I’m in a slip and will be sailing from San Pedro, Island, Belize 90 miles south on Friday or Saturday. This afternoon I washed and rinsed down the boat from all the sea salt spray using my boat/wash and wax. I have a fuzzy mitt and I would sprinkle a little soap on it and scrub and rinse the deck . Every time I did that I would put the cap on the bottle so it wouldn’t tip over. I am 90% finished I'm in the cockpit and I didn’t cap the bottle. I bent over not knowing I tip the bottle over and leaked out over half the bottle. First I said oh shit then laughed and started to scoop it up with my mitt and was making the situation worse. I couldn’t stop laughing because the water hose is on now the water is mixing in with it making bubbles and I lost this battle. I just hosed everything down and said its 5 o’clock somewhere. Cheers.
